Just a short update. These 2 weeks very sick, went hospital for observation 1 night. Skipped lots of different trainings, felt very left behind. Intend to train lots once holiday starts, didnt expect body to break down so fast.

Hospital fee rocks! One MRI scan for the head cost me a good $500bucks, and total $800++ bucks. The 1 night experience sucks, wheelchair, sick bed, injections etc. I would never wanna go in again.

Graded for black belt with Lin Quan and other SP peeps. LQ and i were both sick, struggling to do each techniques, grading was a torture. Cant wait for other guys from our TP aikido to grade also, lets raise togther!
